Hot runner system |
 Hot sprue and hot manifold
are installed in the injection mould. Therefore, the plastic can be
kept in a melting state after coming from the barrel of plastic injection
machine by using the heating principle. On the precondition that the
products’ water level is as like on the verge of plastic injection
machine’s nozzle, no water cuts will be created for the finished products.
Advantages of hot runner system:
1. Greatly reduced Injection cycle, and improved efficiency.
2. Smooth and beautiful products’ water level, reduced shrink and deformation.
3. No or fewer wastes, reduced cost, and less repeated processing.
4. Hot runner makes plastic more fluent; plastic injection force and
mould locking force can be reduced accordingly, which makes it easy
to mould some products difficult to be moulded.
5. Reduced plastic stress and injection pressure.
6. Improved production efficiency, profit and competition capacity.
As a kind of new plastic injection technology, hot runner system can
keep plastic in a melting state, which creates a diffluence and heating
effect from main feed nozzle to cavity. |
