moulds and products of MUYOUNG MOULD LIMITED are tested in the company,
and all tests are conducts with advanced equipment and experienced
human operations.
In order to guarantee the consistency between moulds and design drawings,
we conduct tests on each part, and provide the test data to customers.
We also provide customers with mould samples, mould test reports and
suggestions for customers’ examination and references. The test items
include:
- Mould design drawing
- Mould frame, mould core’s material and hardness
- Mould electrode
- Mould surface, exhaust system, mould core and each fitting
part
- Pre-assembly test
- Mould test report and mould sample
- Pre-delivery test and exterior packing test
